Is the chick with the ear problem eating??

Yes, a little bit. She will eat and drink on her own, but I check her periodically to make sure she's ok. I point out the food to her and dunk her beak in the water a few times. She's not very chirpy though. Is it because she's alone? Can I do anything to give her company?
