i'm going to asume not judgeing by the picture. So how do I keep Rudy from getting worse than he is. He is 10 months old. I really like him and want to keep him but my brother has become terrified of chickens now because Rudy flogged him in the private area. Rudy hasn't gotten me but got 2 of my brothers, my grandfather, and my sister.

Gosh i would be terrified if I were flogged in the "private area" too.

Put him in the noodle pot.

So far, the brahma chicks are the friendliest in my brooder box. The EE chicks are not as calm. There is so much variation in the maturity speed of the brahmas. Some of the chicks barely have feathers and a couple of them are maturing quickly.

That's a neat picture of the kid holding the rooster. The roosters sure do get big.

HELP!!! I bought some chicks from a breeder who was selling LF light brahma chicks that were 3 weeks old. Well I checked them over to get a feel for some quality , when I noticed that their are 3 of them that are growing digits with nail on their wings. WHAT?!?!?!

Thats a genetic defect huh? please say its from humidity instead. I hate to cull them due to I only got a few of these chicks to start with.

any opinions or advice... PLEASE>>>>>>>>>>>>

I purchased this pair of LF Light Brahmas a week and a half ago at a show. They are young, Aug or Sept hatches. I really like them, such calm dispositions. I am thinking about purchasing a second or third pair as well. What do you all think??? I welcome any feedback on the birds thank you.

Not the greatest pics, but hopefully you can see a smidge..

Ha... maybe they are part of an attempt to retro-engineer a velociraptor from a chicken... I would see if it is hereditary...
