We have a dark brahma who never grew a tail. He looked different from the other three roos from the start. We have a hen we got in the same group who turned out brown and is laying green eggs. Is our roo a possible Easter eager too? Here are some pics one with a "normal" roo

Looks like a Normal dark brahma cockerel. The cockerels have significantly shorter tails. What color are your EE legs? Brahmas have yellow looking legs. Does it have any other characteristics of an EE other than the tail?

Does anyone have a good picture of a Netherlands Isabel hen? I have a lemony Brahma hen with lavender (pencilling? partridge?) markings, got her here in Western Australia.

(Not posting photo looking for critique - she's a backyard layer for me, nothing more.)

OHhhh, these chickens are beautiful..Are they yours? Love the colors of all of them...

Here are some other pics of the Roo and 1 of the "brown" brahma hen. The only thing different about him from the others is his tail. We got all the brahmas together from Tractor Supply. He was different from the start, we called him our ugly duckling, he was so awkward looking!

Heh they are cute. And I see what you mean about the tail. I don't know anything about that. Sorry. This got me thinking about my roosters... well they are 4 week old chicks now. I have one Light one Buff and one Dark. I may have to pick one when the time comes. Sadly I didn't get any dark pullets in my order. Just light and buff.

She is gorgeous in color wow would love to be working with something like this.

This is Coo Coo. Someone in this thread. (Cannot remember who that was sorry) Mentioned that she may not be all Brahma but mixed because of how the comb looks. I'm curious What is the other part of her. That would answer my question of WHY she is so much smaller than El General was. I know Hens are supposed to be smaller but she seemed much more smaller yet not small enough to be a bantam. Any clues?
