Good to know. After I posted, I looked up the word and I should have used mossy. Either way, not good. Thanks for your help.

I set 25 Light Bantam eggs this past Saturday. First of the season. Candled this A.M.....11 developing. Pretty good for first set. I'll set every Saturday through late March at least. My buffs are never fertile this early...hopefully in a month they will pick up.
ok. I will post pics soon.I knew what you meant. The proper word escaped me as well. I would not let slightly off primaries, on an otherwise good bird, deter me from showing. Remember TYPE is paramount.

Wish i could ill be at a cat show . i live in oregon florence How would i find out about the shows and more info on this man ? I am interested in learning about the breed .If you are not too far you might go to the show in Stockton, California this weekend. There is a man named Alan Feaghly in California with possibly the best LF Dark Brahmas in the country. I would imagine he will be there.

Excellent advice! If you're interested in finding when poultry shows are get the poultry press. They show where shows are, the winners of some of the shows are in there, and have helpful info. They also have ads in there for poultry that is for sale.
hi i'm looking for hatching eggs for good quality LF light or buff Brahmas, that might be able to produce potential show quality birds. If you have hatching eggs for sale let me know. thanks
