Brahma Thread

The website does not say who will be specifically judging Brahmas. It has Jim Adkins, Richard Hickman, Gary Overton, and Michael Wasylkowski listed as judges. I asked on the ABC site who would be judging Brahmas. I'll post back when I find out.

Mike Wasylkowski will judge the Brahmas. Anyone familiar with him?

He judged a lot around my area. I have done quite well with my neff birds when he has judged.

I guess thats good news for you! I won't be there. The State fair of Texas is that weekend, and I really can't afford a trip to Michigan. I am planning on showing at the BIG crossroads show in 2011. You should have lots of competition at Frankenmuth. I know Spence/Williams are planning on being there.

Yes, I'm sure it will be fun. I think big shows like that are tremendous learning opertunities. Its a great chance to talk to, and learn from the top breeders in the country. I have found most of them as eager to talk as I am to listen! It's also a good place to pick up some quality birds for your breeding program.

You can get some great birds from the best breeders in the nation at a national meet.
