Brahma Thread

Hi All!

I just received my two light brahma chicks yesterday (hatched 5/23) but they seem a lot darker then most of the pics I see of light brahma chicks? Do you think these are light brahma's?

Great thank you so much! I will check that post out. I ordered them through My Pet Chicken which I guess means they are actually from Meyers from what I hear. They are not bantams.

Her are my new Gold Laced and Silver laced Brahma. I have a very sneaky suspicion that the silver is a roo... Can someone please confirm or deny this rumor? THANKS!!
The silver is also MUCH larger with less feathering than the gold.

I currently have 4 brahmas- a dark brahma rooster, two dark brahma hens and a light brahma hen. (and chicks on the way

Brahma's are some of the sweetest chickens I have ever owned and are absolutely my favourite breed!
