I am wondering how tall Brahmas get mine are young yet & I am changing coop around!

My Dark Brahma hens are about 18" tall at the top of the head. Light Brahmas are larger than Dark Brahmas. The Dark Brahma hens are the only full grown Brahmas I have right now. I do have a Light Brahma Roo that at 3 months is as tall as my Dark Brahma hens just not as heavy.

i have 4 LB hens they are not fully grown yet just about 5-6 months and they already look like they are going to be a pretty good sized chicken, they do have a very heavy body build. I cant wait to see the size egg they lay come spring.

My standard light brahmas are about 18 inches, but they love to use thier long necks to poke thier heads up and look around.
