Brand new to incubating! any helpful tips welcomed!!!

So my husband I bought a little giant 9300 still air incubator with a 6300 automatic egg turner. This is our first time incubating. Our humidity has been between 40%-55% and temp ranges from 99-100.5. What can I do to improve our hatching percentage??? Do I need a fan by it? When do I add water and how much? I know absolutely nothing about this. So all tips advice whatever is welcomed.
