Break my heart and tell me this Lavender Ameraucana is a cockerel 😭

In my experience Ameraucana are late bloomers. The lavender, splash and other lighter colors seem to have pinker combs, even when younger. Both the pullets and the cockerels. I am remaining on the fence until this bird is 12-14 weeks, unless obvious roo signs show up. Beautiful bird!😊

How so? Alright. The comb isn’t too red, and there’s literally no indication that it’s a cockerel. 😐 The color also says Pullet.
In my experience Ameraucanas color up slowly. My boys were still really pink when they were crowing and had saddles and what not. Also the comb is coming in really wide - indicating cockerel.

I’ve also had Ameraucanas and the pullets always seemed to redden up faster. The comb isn’t "wide".

I’m not saying it’s a definite cockerel. But I am definitely leaning that way. Look at the way the pea comb is coming in - the way the rows are popping up is indicating male.
