First thing you need to do is go to
Walmart and buy yourself a bottle of daily vitamins...along with a bottle of vitamin D. The vitamin D will boost your immune system...take one in the morning with you daily vitamin and one at night. I take mine with a glass of milk to protect my stomach...no vitamin burps.
Then either buy or make yourself some yogurt and make a batch of homemade granola. Mix a handful of granola into your yogurt and eat that.
If your not a yogurt fan here are a few other things.
