I have always held to the idea that it doesnt matter what you eat in the am, as long as its something healthyish!
I don't care for breakfast foods at breakfast tbh. Never have. I eat cereal as a snack, and often have eggs for dinner. I usually eat leftovers for breakfast, or soup and a sandwich, or even just a sandwich and fruit. I have been known to cook teriyaki chicken w/veggies and rice for breakfast, or have a hamburger with a salad early in the morning, especialyl when it is cold cold cold outside.
As long as it is not junk food, you are good to go!
