Anyone interested in selling some hatching eggs? My 2 breda hens would love some breda friends!

Yay! I love getting first eggs. Okay, in the winter I'm happy to eggs in general. LOL.
How long did it take your pullet to start laying?

7 months!! Thought they were never going to lay!

Not to bad. I've had a few breeds that take around 10 months or so, and I was hoping this wasn't one of them.

I thinkthe wait was made worse because i was so anxious for these 2 to start laying! Still on the hunt for a roo for them, but in the mean time i just set a couple of their pullet eggs (covered by my l2 big cochin roos). Candled yesterday and all 3 eggs developing.
