Breed and Concerns of Year Old Cat

Hi, this is my year old cat Benny:

He is really sweet and kind of dosent like the presence of people. When you pet his backside, it will lift up. it’s very cute. But, I still don’t know the breed. He might be DMH but, I got him from a breeder. I think he might be inbreed. His brothers and sisters have extra fingers. But, he has a normal amount. He is kind of fat though. Also, whenever I pet him, carry him, feed him, or anything else, he purrs. Is that normal? Also, he makes weird breathing noises sometimes when you carry him. Is he supposed to do that? Also shouldn’t he get bigger? Compared to my other cat, he’s pretty small.So, if anybody would like to tell me his breed or any answer to my questions that would be great. Happy Thanksgiving!

Does he have short legs? He could be a Munchkin.
Polydactylism is not an inbred trait.

I don't think hes a munchkin. He has medium size legs. That's strange. The breeder said that his brothers and sisters had extra fingers and toes.

Wait. If you got him from a breeder, you should know his breed.

Also, fyi, cats can inbreed for several generations and have no ill effect. They are not like other mammals in that regard.
You won't be able to tell the difference between an inbred cat and one that is not.
