I edited to finish my list.

When you shop the leftover bin of chicks sold as straight run. I pray the Dominique keeps his/her temperament. Always wants to sit on my shoulder be held and likes to visit me often when I'm around. Like a little best friend. If it turns out a cockeral would I need to pick keeping this or the barred rock? Could the two roosters get along?

With the amount of females you could only have one male.
I’m unsure on the Dominique. As an owner of Dominiques I can assure you their combs get color early, but that is a very raised comb. Mine (females) looked like this:

This little girl (dubbed ‘Pepper’) grew up the be a fine hen. As you can see, her barring is darker and her comb is smaller. She is 3-4 weeks old in this photo.
I’m guessing you have a male Dominique.

If that's your silkie I'm a tad jealous it was on my list of dream chickens but said I will take what is there this go around and maybe if I get a broody hen hatch out some silkies. I just held out my hand and said thank you to what was available. They're all really easy natured birds so far I have young kids that pick them up (very careful and when they were small it was sit and I'll put it in your lap) and it helps a lot with their personality I feel. Each of the 4 older ones are the most spoilt by the kids but for me that Dominique just melts my heart.. lol

None of your other birds are male though. Only the BR and maybe the Dom.

Holy moly she is CUTE 😍 Feisty has a bit more pink but it stops at the top and is pale after that a bit. Look at that fluff coming off!! The getting feather stage is one of my favorite parts seeing them change is so neat!

So should I play the lottery if I get 13 birds straight run and 1 or 2 is male? It was a pick a chick from mixed bins. The oldest 4 (was 5 but we lost it it was our first 'Tiny' so we replaced it with Tiny 'Two') were clearance bin for .10c. I ended up with chicken math at the end. Kids love it though always a bird that wants to hang out or chat with them. I really appreciate the feedback. When will the comb be fully developed by (roughly the week)? The Dominique is my only rose comb so I'm excited to see it in it's glory 👑
