Breed and Gender Help Please?

This is the 'mystery chick' that came with my hatchery order. Hatched on June 27th, so just over 13 weeks old now. Some of the pictures are blurry, sorry, but I included them to help make sure you see the coloring and shape. He/she has some small reddish brown just starting to appear on each side that you can see in one or two of the pics. If he is a rooster I have someone who wants him and has a lovely chicken home ready to take him, but if it is a hen I would love to keep her. I am leaning towards rooster, easter egger, what do you think?

Thank you I appreciate the confirmation, at least I won't be wondering if I gave away a hen that I would have liked to keep now.

Edited to add: He just crowed! I saw him do it so I know it was him, now why couldn't he have done that last night and saved us all the bother LOL, thanks anyway.
