Breed and/or gender?

My friend and I split a batch of polish mix and rare breed mix from TSC online ordering. The polish are obvious, but not quite sure what the other two are. They are 5 weeks old. Want to make sure they are all pullets, they have some things that make me question their genders... the white crested polish seemed more male as a chick, the brown polish is definitely the boldest, and my black and white one is getting red in her comb. The all brown one I’m pretty sure is a pullet?

I see a barred rock pullet, and a welsummer pullet. The polish look like pullets but it's best to wait another few weeks to be sure.

I’d say the white crested polish is a pullet but the golden laced has suspiciously pointed crest feathers. This makes me lean towards cockerel.
