Breed and Quality of these bantams?

Bantam pullet and cockerel.
I think they are bantam silver spangled hamburgs.
What do you guys think? What's their quality?

I forgot to mention I used to raise these @Cyprus (by the way, you are right on the breed)

I'll start with the roo;
Spangling on main wing shaft
Uneven spangling throughout
Pantaloons are lacking spangling
Imperfect carriage...is this bird fully grown?
Hackles and saddle are not perfectly edged more of a grayish haze

Pullet;
Could use more spangling
Crown isn't even showing up

...before I go on, what age are these?
