Breed and sex?

Hi there. My in-laws gave us two chickens to add to our flock, they look like ours, so they are either black copper marans, olive or Americanas. However, one looks different than the rest and we are wondering if it's a roo or just diff. Breed.

They're Easter Egger (chicken hybrids that still contain the blue egg gene). In the bottom pic, the left one is cock, the right one is a hen.
