Breed & Gender Guesses

Just a little bored today so I thought I would post some more of my.chicks for breed & gender guessing. They are all between 7 and 8 weeks old.
Dad options: Salmon Faverolle, GL Polish, and Easter Egger
Mom Options: Salmon Faverolle, Silkie, Naked Neck Silkie, Wyandotte, Barnevelder, White Lehhorn, Dark Brahma, Golden Cuckoo Maran, Silver Cuckoo Maran, White Maran, and Australorp.
#1 - I am thinking one of the parents was a Salmon Faverolle.

#2 - I am thinking one of the parents was an Easter Egger.

1 looks to be an Easter Egger x Salmon Faverolles cockerel.
2 looks to be a Polish x Australorp pullet.

With a polish, I know that hens have more rounded and orderly proof and roosters have an Albert Einstein poof. Although I do have a hen with the Einstein poof. Does the same general rule apply to polish crosses? The chick below hatched from a polish egg. It was hard to get a good picture and the chick is a little young for sexing at only 6 weeks old.
