I think Stripes may be your only hen. I don't know about Fur Foot though, I'm not familiar with that breed.

Penguin, Toast, and Blanche look like the roosters to me. The others look like pullets.

Well, you can tell usually around 6-8 weeks and up.

I would probably wait a couple more weeks, between 12-15 weeks their hackle & saddle feathers should really give them away, and their tail feathers should start to curve down. Maybe since it's later in the season you can find some older pullets that you can tell for sure before you purchase.

I'm inclined to agree with this A couple look iffy, but theres a lot of cockerels there sadly.
