They both are pullets. They are pretty girls!
The black one may have a few tail feathers that look like a roosters, but when sexing them you should really focus on the comb, due to the common occurrence of females having pointy tail feathers (which is said to be something only a rooster has).
A bigger redder comb is most likely a boy, while a smaller paler comb is most likely a hen.
