Breed Guesses for Black and White Duck

Can anyone tell me what breed they think Peter (black and white duck) is??

Is he a full blood? He looks to me like a mix.

Because of the white wing tips I would say pekin mixed with maybe a black swedish

The white wing tips are pekinx traits and the blue wing bars if you look close are indicative of swedish

Swedish can have white flight feathers... and older ones who have gone through a few molts can have white that come around the head like that.

He might be a mix, I'm not sure. I got him from Tractor Supply from the unsexed mix batch (the other 3 were also from it). They're all just under 10 months old.

I was personally thinking magpie, but I can also see how he'd be a pekin x black swedish.
