I'm guessing they are about 12 weeks old. One is definitely a cockerel.

I agree, sounds like a crate fell of a meat bird truck

. If you want to try to keep them as opposed to butchering them, you can search for threads on keeping CX as pets. I'm not sure how successful you would be, considering they've been raised as meaties to this point and are probably not going to live a long and healthy life with the start they've been given.
