That's not a Barred Rock bantam. He is a mixed breed. Pattern and leg color are wrong for a Barred Rock.

I think everyone in my coop is "mixed" breed except for the 15 that I had shipped day~olds. I like him a lot, and he's a super good gentle but effective rooster! Even manages to keep the standard size chicken eggs fertile.
