Can all you clever people share your opinions on the breed of the ducklings I've hatched. They are 4 weeks old now and I got them from a friend of my mums who said they are runners but I'm not sure if she really knows for sure or cares that much
Im just interested as there seem to be 2 distinct types and then one wild card who doesnt seem much like any of the others. Hulk and Flecky are huge and dark with yellow bits that are turning white - they are also both very loud and stressy. Armstrong, Richie and Number 6 are brown and have some gingery feathers coming through, much more laidback and quiet. And then there's Rowland who is my assisted hatch - hes definitely the best around humans, quiet little cheep and has white, almost silvery-blue feathers coming through, hes so different to the rest. (Im using 'he' on a gut feeling rather than anything factual)
This is post bath-time swim so they are a bit wet and fluffy, hopefully you can still share your ideas. Thank you Quackheads!
