Ok I bought my flock from a local farm store near where I live. They sold me all Buff Orpington pullets and that is what I got. I then started looking for a BO rooster and found one a month ago that was a year old. The people who sold him to me had a 5 roos and I assumed they were all full stalk BO so I tried to pick the best one. Took him home and thought I was set to raise full stalk BO.

While posting on another thread other have pointed out that he may not be BO after all

So I will ask the forum the most common question in this tread:
WHAT BREED IS THIS??

****** This has been resolved - sorry for the question******

Looks like a beautiful B.O. roo to me too - unless those are feathered legs/feet - can't really see his legs in the pic. Why did "others" say it was NOT a B.O.???

The rooster appears to be a Buff Orpington as well. His beak is white and I am assuming his legs are white as well. Both are indicators of a Buff Orpington. Buff Orpingtons have a single comb, so he has the correct type of comb.
