Breed of cochin

Hi, I am now trying to figure out if this is a hen or roo. And what kind of cochin. We got this one and it's brother from an auction and both were supposed to be girls. The black and white one we have is for sure a roo. But wanted to verify this one for sure. Thank you for all the help!

Looking like a cockerel to me.
As far as the kind.... I'd say a mixed one or bad hatchery one.

Cockerel, I'm seeing male hackle and saddle feathers. Unfortunately, I think you were scammed.

Is he muddy or are those grey flecks in the feathers?

I would say Brahma mix cockerel.

Big time scam, the B&W has a beard. Those are cross breeds.
