Breed of Geese that tastes like pork?

Seems like a strange concept to me. Maybe it is the diet? Poultry meat is so different from mammal meat that it is hard to imagine a goose tasting like pork.

To me, rabbit tastes like the eye of a pork loin, if you get good white pork. If you want pork, you might try raising rabbits.
 
I know, but it was on one of the Jewish sites that the Chief Rabbi of Israel declared it kosher for importation to Israel.
I do know there is kosher goose or duck proscuitto. I, too, suspect it's in what they're fed.

I've heard of Muscovy ducks being compared to veal but I haven't had veal in years so I don't recall.
Muscovy meat is less greasy than other breeds of ducks and is even more lean than turkey.
