Can anyone tell me what breed this guy is? He's bantam. The sides of his legs have a redness to them that I wonder if it's normal or something wrong with him?

Looks like a Black Copper Maran to me. Google it and look at the images, almost a spitting image of the picture you have posted here. Beautiful rooster!

Black copper marans (notice the feathered legs)

Red jungle fowl (clean legs)

Oh wow, I googled both and I am leaning towards Red Jungle Fowl too! But gosh those copper marans hens lay some purty eggs!

Benjamin (my rooster) has clean legs. And big attitude.

Surprised considering the common-ness of the breed nobody has said that it could simply be an undubbed OEGB. Much more common and therefore likely then the Jungle Fowl mentioned, and I have seen a lot of hatchery and culled OEGB that look like that. I'd expect more leg and more pheasant like appearance with less chest from a jungle fowl.

Okay, I had to look up what OEGB means... Got it! I see that they dub their combs. But do they dub their wattles? Pics of OEGB's don't seem to have any. My Benjamin has big wattles. Otherwise I cant tell the difference between the two breeds. Benjamin does have short legs though. Don't tell him I said that!

I am leaning to OEGB also, becouse of white legs, Red Jungle Fowl has slate legs and diferent body shape.

Dubbing is the removal of comb, wattles and earlobe. So yeah I'd say this is an undubbed Old English. Forgot about the leg color that Ve caught.
