Breed Please?

Nugget (red rooster) came as a couple day old chick rescued from being fed as snake food, he is now about 15 weeks old and a monster. He just got his voice this past week. We can’t have roosters in town so have found a great farm for him to go to with 6 hens to pal around with. He is my daughters baby but we knew there was a higher probability because of where he came from. Can anyone tell me what type he is?

Then Apple is supposedly a 15 week old Amercauna hybrid (spelled something like that) but looks nothing like the other Amercauna we received. Can anyone confirm the identity and sex? We thought it was a rooster but really don’t know what to look for exactly.

Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!

Agreed. Isn't there a new hybrid (I think) variety called a Dixie rainbow? That's what comes to mind with the first one. The other is an EE for sure.

I don't think this is an F1 favaucauna bc if it were I'm pretty sure we'd see a 5th toe and some leg feathering. And I love the favaucauna too. Want a fav roo so bad!

We were pretty sure on sex of Apple, and obviously for Nugget. It’s pretty traumatic for my daughter (she is 20 but is the chicken whisperer). No more chicks for us, even that 20% possibility of mistake in sexing is to upsetting.
