Breed & sex of chickens?

Hi guys, I'm a first time owner of chickens having only recently moved to the mountains (in Australia). My husband brought these three chickens home to add to our silkies... But I have no idea what breed or whether they're hens or roosters! Can anyone help? Cheers! Felicity

First two look like silkie mixes and third looks like cochin and first is a roo.
