breed type?? please help

i have a very pretty roo (at least to me) iv had him since june i got him wen he was about 3 weeks old and he wassnt quit as preety as he is now. i got him from a family friend that got him in miami as a chick and i was told he was a cubalya but his comb is strange and all over the place he has yellow on his ear lobes and some in the center of his comb

No, he's not a Cubalaya. He looks like an American Gamefowl of sorts. (there are so many different "types," all usually just strains) His comb is weird looking because it is a normal single comb (sawtooth edge) but instead, like most Gamefowl, is very floppy. Most American Gamefowl get their combs "dubbed" though, so he looks pretty different from them just for that reason.
