I vaguely remember hearing a frizzle was a breed in Australia or maybe Britain.

It's not a breed, but some people treat it like one.

In the UK it's considered a breed. It looks like a Cochin but doesn't have feathered feet. But in the US, it's just a feather type

I see you are in Bulgaria, I have a close friend who come from there! No idea how you could get frizzles? Sorry I can't help ya!

Frizzle in silkies is called sizzle if they have both the frizzle gene and the silkie gene. To get frizzle you would have to get a chicken with the frizzle gene. Frizzle is an incomplete dominant gene. You should never breed frizzle together because if a chicken has two frizzle genes then it can cause health problems (not sure what health problems or what exactly is wrong with them). If you breed frizzle to none frizzle you should get some frizzle chicks and some none frizzle chicks
