Breed?

I purchased 2 hens this morning from an individual, she did not know what breed the hens are ... I haven't take a photo as yet. They are less than a year old, on the smallish side, black and white spotted with copper/orangish spots on their bodies. The woman originally purchased them as chicks from the local farmers coop store. I know the store doesn't sell exotic/fancy breeds. Thanks
