A friend of my husbands gave us this chick, the friend has no idea what breed she is, as he thought he was purchasing baby ducks 😂 any idea? Shes all black with light teal green color on her tail feathers. She’s (hope not he) outside our main coop getting used to our girls and seems a bit aggressive (maybe just scared) thank you!

Then it is probably a he, does stand like a he, are you going to keep him? if you are not, I recommend finding a home fast, roosters are hard to rehome...you may get lucky though
I don’t own any roos so I’m not sure how they stand? More upright? I’d like to rehome him. I feel badly, but I’d like to keep an all girl flock at this point.

do you know the age? I cant really tell if there are saddle feathers, it looks like an Easter egger which, if a hen lays mainly green and blue
