Breeders in NJ?

I'm looking for Mandarin and Wood Duck breeders in NJ (or eastern Pa) to maybe trade Mandarin bloodlines (I f we both have any ducklings hatch this Spring?) and to buy some Wood Ducks from.
Is there anyone around? I'm in NW NJ...near Pa.
