Breeding cherry egger rooster

So if they were to breed true (I'm working on finding out which hatchery they came from) would they still have the same benefit of being able to sex them as chicks?

If you got a rooster by mistake, it's doubtful this breed can be sexed by color as chicks. These are red colored chickens, not sexlinks.

Cackle hatchery's cherry eggers are Rhode island red. They will breed true. You cannot sex them by color at hatch.
