Surprise indeed candled more eggies, omg all i saw were black masses that moved when i turned the egg soo happy. You guys have been really helpful, almost on week two, and is a really wwonderful mom. So proud of u silkie.

Happy New year everyone, hope you all had a great holiday.

I'm gonna start raising bantam bearded silkie's and also expand my bantam cochin flock. I'm redoing my barn come spring and building new coops and adding pens. I will be hatching out about 100 new breeder chicks for my stock and CANT WAIT!
I'm also gonna try and breed chocolate cochin's (mottled/solid/splash) and see how that goes.
I made a huge decision to sell my mute swans to focus more on my chickens and altho I miss my swans, I cant wait for spring to arrive to get my eggs/chicks and start my my new breeding stock (or spoiled lil feather babies)!!! I'm really excited and been doing my homework on where/who to buy stock from.
