Breeding Question.

One warning regarding any breeding within a flock: Never allow a defective bird to play in the gene pool.

Wry tail, poor layer, weak feathers, prone to illness, foul temper or aggressive. Those birds should not be allowed to carry their genetics forward.
Never heard of wry tail before! :thumbsup :pop :old :highfive: (the animated sequence of me learning something new today)

Wry tail can affect the bird's quality as a layer. It's not simply a defect that affects whether the bird is pleasing to the eye. It often is accompanied by pelvic deformity and scoliosis.

Quote:"Lol..I just breed layers or Butcher Birds..Not show Birds here.."

It takes no longer to hatch your best eggs from your best birds than it does to hatch any egg from any bird.
