You state leg colour is "not extremely important" but leg colour foreign to that described for breed & variety is a disqualification. Also, as to "leakage" in black birds many breeders of black varieties will use a male with red or yellow in the hackle to maintain sheen in female offspring. It is a D/Q but breeding considerations & show considerations aren't always the same. A lopped pea comb is a D/Q, not a defect. I find nothing in the Standard that refers to small combs in hens being a defect. Your description of female lobe colour also isn't consistent with the Standard description.
