Breeding with Mixed Flock

So the day before I was supposed to go pick up a blue laced red wyandotte rooster, I started researching why the wings were developing differently on my three chicks. Well, now it looks like I've already got my roo. "Terry" is a speckled sussex, I knew his/her wings looked different for the past couple weeks but thought it was just the breed, and then was waiting for her tail feathers to catch up to her sisters'. What do you think? Is Terry a cockerel?
