I have written a history of the Bresse chicken and am hoping for input. Mine are American Bresse with blue feet and all physical criteria. Has anybody else had one this remarkable?

Just added these to my mix.
About 8 weeks old. Purchased from a local breeder here in Northeastern Ohio.
The plan is to finish the boys on milk and grain for week 13-16.
The girls will be added to my layers when they are a little bit older.

Have 13 mixed breed chicks, 3 of them are White Bresse, boy these Bresse like to scratch, as soon as I put the food in their dish the Bresse run over and scatter it all over, have never seen anything like it, the other chicks do not do this. Is this a breed trait?

Need thoughts please.
I bought 3 layers and two are young about to start laying. Guy who hatched them says it was a breese over breese but the two he had have white legs. Is this a somewhat comon issue? I have the hen and she has great leg color. Figure it was a stray C that bred her but checking your experiences
