Thank you very much. Hopefully if I get a call this week about processing birds I will make some extra cash to finally get it going. Watch out cause paty may try to take that chevelle

I posted pics of our rehabbed chicken house in the coop section awhile back. My DH worked pretty hard to get what he got done on it. I kinda felt bad that not too many people posted anything on it. He's pretty proud of it. He was glad I posted it though. He got to show his buddies at work what he did

It's not totally finished yet. He had to go to Italy for a few weeks for work. He plans on finishing the rest when he gets back.

I bought Bella on impulse, kept her in a pet carrier and then moved her to a bigger cage, hubby just built her pen and house last weekend! She thinks she is a cat and has no idea she is a goat and that she is actually supposed to live outside and that it is not normal to eat potato chips and go on car rides! I am pretty much at the petting zoo stage too. Thank goodness I have a wonderful, understanding husband!

My step-dad bought that chevelle brand new, handed it to me when I turned 16 and I sure didn't respect it like I should have. It has been parked for almost 20 years and son does the same thing, he has some birds ready to be processed and is going to help roof a house this week and other odd jobs this summer to be able to get it going again.

Colton just has his permit, but should get his license this summer. He is a pretty hard worker. All the chickens are his FFA SAE project and he takes full responsibility for them. He is also going to vo-tech next year in auto mechanics.

Wow, lots of new pages to read today!! I wasn't online much this weekend. Even though the weather wasn't so great my boyfriend and I worked on the coop. We got a lot done! Of course, it's taking longer and costing more than I had originally thought and planned for... It's looking really good though! It's a big hutch style coop and we made the entire back wall open for cleaning. I found some old windows behind my shed and we're going to put one on the wall of the coop that faces my house. I'm really excited!

How was everyones' weekend?
