Well its raining AGAIN!!

Right AFTER I got all my "electrical" tools out and was getting ready to start fixing the leaks in the coop! I'm SICK of the rain!

Wow that would be scary, I have a well and the only water restrictions are imposed by, well...me! Your chickies will be ok. Just give them some treats so they don't notice. As for the round thing, I saw it all day today and it was a good thing. Usually it's not this warm here in May and it's usually raining. I am sure track goers are happy, the Indy 500 is this weekend. Traffic is BAAAADDDD!

YAY Rachelfromtheblacklagoon!!! I am going to shorten your name somehow! I am so glad you found your chicks!!! I too am a sucker for the underdog. This from a person who has two deaf dogs, one form birth, a blind horse, a cripple chicken, a peahen with a messed up eye(incubator disaster), and a dying duckling!! Oh and I think my stupid hound has brain damage!!(JK) He is just a mess!! Sooooo this said, if you have the ability and the want, the chicken can have a good life if it is not too bad. I understand Opas view from a breeding stand point, it is eaiser for me now to decide to cull.(husband does the deed) I also understand yours as an animal saver! My messed up animals are not breeding, just kept and loved until the pass.

PRC I am so glad you are not dieing!!! I wish my hubby had some of those pills, then maybe he would sleep and shut up!! He is such a nut sometimes!!!


Oh My eggs are hatching!!!! YAY!

And there are some silkies, and PRC just for YOU some naked necks!!!!!!

So far I have a silkie, a cochin, an EE, and a Favorelle!!!

PRC, that is why I am so glad to be part of the city but not have their water

But the worst water I ever had was when I lived in Chicago, it was like smelly eggs combined with bleach. I wouldn't even wash dishes with it and showers were as quick as possible!!
