TSA took my eggs out after xray and hand carried them to me so they wouldn't get broken. But then I am in Houston and every TSA is different depending on the day and mood.

The x-ray they go through when shipped via USPS is way more powerful with much longer duration than the checkpoint x-ray. Nothing to worry about there.

Wow, I didn't know USPS did that with all the mail. Good to know but makes me wonder why some businesses do it again and how all those pipebombs got through.
