I love my Eco 20, I want an ecoglow brooder, but I put together an order for an Ecoglow 20,an Ecoglow 50,and another Eco20 and turner. They want $84 to ship me an otherwise $300 order. Does this seem too much? I paid $34 shipping for the incubator alone on my order 2 months ago. . Also, there is no discount for multiple items. You can order the products together or separate in terms of shipping dates, no difference in cost. If I were not happy with the results of my current Brinsea product,I would not question the shipping, I wwouldbuy something else.. I want more product, but the shipping is a bite. Anyone else feel similarly?

Their shipping costs are high, but they have great quality products and outstanding customer service. I kinda just add it into the 'general' cost. Have you used a 10% off coupon? There is one that is good until Monday!

The code is FBEASTER11, I had to go look it up

My theory is that they make up for their 10% discount codes by inflating the shipping so much. It's really sad, 'cuz I would definitely order more from them if the shipping weren't so out of line.

I paid the $24 shipping plus the Canada $30 they charge on top of it. But the receipt on the box showed they only paid under $30 to ship it and I paid a total of $54.

yeah, just paid $65 to ship 4 ecoglows....12#lb box ...would buy lots more if shipping wasnt so high..... they ever do free shipping I will order LOTS....

Their shipping is definitely high! I think they should at least offer a multiple item discount. I love their products though. This seems to be the only complaint that I come across about Brinsea

I paid $67 for shipping on my Dickey. It weighs a lot more than 12 lbs.

I did love my ECO 20s though. Only reason I replaced them is because I needed more space.

I'm not sure they sell brinsea, but you might try Incubator Warehouse. I got my Gen 1588 from there and when i had a problem they were super nice and helped me.

Ask for Randy Pryor. I think he's the guy i talked to. Big help and tell him Rancher Hicks sent you.

Let me know if you do.
