Chicken scratch is usually only around 8% protein - it is not a complete feed, it is a "treat". This is why they are not growing as you expect.
Provide them with a nutritionally balanced commercial poultry feed - chick starter, grower finisher or flock would be good.

Are you planning on processing them for meat or are you trying to raise them to point of lay?

They stopped growing before I switched to scratch but my ducks keep growing so that's why I'm confused. I want to butcher for meat, but so far they haven't been very efficient and I think I'm gonna stick to ducks after these chickens

If they stopped growing while on commercial feed, it may be time to process them and cut your losses.

I think so too, how do you think I should prepare them considering they dont have a lot of meat? Stock/soup?
