Broken beak

I have a five month old Buff Orpington named Miss Buff who we discovered is far sighted. See can not see close up so can not find bugs or worms so we feed her extra protein from our table. I just noticed that she has broken off the end of her beak. Should I be concerned?

She should be okay as production hens are debeaked, and they are able to eat and drink. How much is missing?
