Please don't cull just yet!
I had a hen fly full-tilt into a support beam and wind herself pretty decently. She acted as though her wing was out of join, letting it hang and go limp, but on examination everything was attached. I put her in bird "hopsital" for a week and everything tightened back up, now she flies just fine.
