Broken Duck Foot HELP!!!!

HELP! My “Georgie” got her foot stuck and it now appears to be broken. She isn’t moving it at all and when in water, there’s no movement.

Can it be splinted and if so, what’s the best way… or what else can done?

I would suggest researching online. Dont let her walk on it!
